| 为探索高温条件下调控百香果生长发育的有效措施,本研究以‘黄金’百香果为对象开展了相关研究。结果表明,施用6-BA能够有效促进百香果枝蔓生长,使二、三级蔓在日均温超过30℃的高温条件下提前一个月或更长时间进入快速生长期,其中,100 mg/L的处理浓度(T2)效果最佳,其次为150 mg/L(T3)。6-BA处理还可将百香果二、三级蔓的成花坐果时间提前约一个月,其中T3处理的二级蔓花芽分化率最高、花芽退化率最低、坐果率最高,T2和T4(200 mg/L 6-BA)处理效果虽与T3处理有差异,但差距不大。此外,6-BA处理提升了百香果的横径、纵径、单果重、可食率和出汁率,以T2处理效果最佳。综上所述,高温环境对‘黄金’百香果生长发育的不利影响可通过6-BA缓解,建议施用浓度为50~100 mg/L。 |

| In order to explore effective measures for regulating the growth and development of passion fruit under high-temperature conditions, this study was conducted with ‘Golden’ passion fruit as the subject. The results indicated that the spraying of 6-BA significantly promote the growth of passion fruit vines, allowing the secondary and tertiary vines to enter the rapid growth stage one month or longer ahead under the high-temperatures with an average daily temperature exceeding 30°C, in which the treatment concentration of 100 mg/L (T2) was the most effective, followed by 150 mg/L (T3). The 6-BA treatment could also advance the time of flowering and fruit-setting of the secondary and tertiary vines of passion fruit by about one month, among which the T3 treatment had the highest flower bud differentiation rate, lowest bud degeneration rate, and highest fruit-setting rate for the secondary vines, and the effects of the T2 and T4 (200 mg/L 6-BA) treatments showed similar but slightly less pronounced effects compared to T3. Additionally, 6-BA treatment enhanced the transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter, single fruit weight, edible rate and juice yield of passion fruit, with T2 treatment having the best effect. In summary, 6-BA can mitigate the adverse effects of high-temperature environments on the growth and development of ‘Golden’ passion fruit, with an optimal application concentration recommended at 50-100 mg/L. |
