      利用番木瓜侧芽抽生成枝的特性,可以培养新结果枝,从而延长番木瓜的经济寿命。于2018 ~2020年对67份番木瓜种质1~3年生植株的侧芽抽生特性进行分析。结果显示,原产地为马来西亚、印尼和云南的种质侧芽数多。随着年份的增长,侧芽数、株高和茎粗增长,叶片长宽的降低。侧芽抽生特性的变异系数小于10%。侧芽数之间呈显著正相关,一年生叶片长宽、二年生叶片长宽、茎粗和株高与三年生侧芽数呈显著正相关。主成分分析结果表明,叶片、株高、侧芽数是番木瓜抽生特性的重要指标。聚类分析结果显示,原产地与分类无关;来自马来西亚和台湾的种质资源分别聚在一起,亲缘关系近的种质资源的侧芽抽生特性相似。本研究为今后番木瓜种植过程中选择侧芽抽生能力强的品种资源提供参考,也为利用番木瓜侧芽抽生特性开展番木瓜种苗繁育以及种质保存提供了理论依据。

      Using the characteristics of lateral bud germination of papaya, lateral branches can become new flowering and fruiting branches and then extend economic life. The characteristics of lateral bud germination of 1-3 years old plants of 67 papaya germplasms were analyzed between 2018 and 2020. The results showed that lateral bud of papaya germplasms from Malaysia, Indonesia and Yunnan, China had the largest number. With the increase of years, lateral bud number, plant height and stem diameter increased while leaf length and width decreased. Coefficient of variation for characteristics of lateral bud germination was less than 10%. Lateral bud number among three years had significantly positive correlation and Three-old-year lateral bud number was significantly positive correlation with one-year-old leaf length and width, two-year-old leaf length and width, stem diameter and plant height. Principal component analysis showed that leaf, plant height and lateral bud number were important indicators for lateral bud germination. Cluster analysis indicated that cultivar origins were not related to cluster. Germplasms from Malaysia and Taiwan were clustered, respectively. Cultivars with close genetic relation showed similar characteristics of germination. The study could provide references for selection of papaya cultivars with high ability of lateral bud germination in practical production and also provide theoretical basis for papaya seedling propagation and conservation of genetic resources.
