      为了解槟榔种质资源遗传多样性特征,提高槟榔种质资源利用效率,通过遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析及聚类分析对150 份槟榔种质资源的8个农艺和品质性状进行鉴定评价。结果表明,8个性状的遗传多样性指数(H′)的变化范围为4.97-5.31,变异系数范围为9.60 %-31.75 %,多酚含量的变异系数最大;相关性分析结果显示多酚与果长、果重和粗纤维含量呈极显著负相关;主成分分析提取了4个主成分,累计贡献率为86.457 %,代表了槟榔表型性状的大部分信息;聚类分析将供试槟榔种质材料分为4 个类群,其中第Ⅱ类群多酚含量较高,第Ⅲ类群果实较宽,节间长较短,筛选出10份矮杆、9份粗纤维含量低和6份多酚含量高的种质,可作为槟榔育种的优质亲本。

      In order to understand the genetic diversity characteristics of areca nut germplasm resources and improve the utilization efficiency of areca nut germplasm resources. Eight agronomic and quality traits were identified and evaluated by genetic diversity analysis, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis by using 150 areca nut germplasm resources as materials. The results showed that the genetic diversity index (H′) ranged from 4.97 to 5.31, the coefficient of variation ranging from 9.60 % to 31.75 %, polyphenol content was the largest. The correlation analysis result showed that polyphenols were negatively correlated with fruit length, fruit weight and crude fiber content. Four principal component factors were extracted by principal component analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate was 86.457%, which represented the main information of the phenotypic traits of areca nut. Cluster analysis divided the tested areca nut germplasm materials into four groups, the second group had higher polyphenol content, and the third group had wider fruits and short internode length. 10 accessions with dwarf stem, 9 accessions with low crude fiber content and 6 accessions with high polyphenol content were selected, which could be used as high-quality parental for areca nut breeding.
