| 为了探究秋季不同红蓝光LED组合对枳幼苗生长的影响,设置无补光(CK)和RB4:1(红蓝光质比为4:1,下同)、RB5:1、RB6:1、RB7:1、RB8:1五个补光处理,比较其形态和生理生化变化。结果表明,补光促进了株高、茎粗增加和根系生长,促进了可溶性蛋白积累和SOD活性、POD活性增强;补光处理RB8:1较CK,可溶性糖含量、CAT活性显著提升,MDA含量略有降低,H2O2含量基本持平,叶片面积无显著性差异,是长沙地区枳幼苗在秋季最佳红蓝光LED补光组合。 |

| In order to investigate the effects of different red and blue light LED combinations on the growth of Poncirus trifoliata seedlings in autumn, five supplementary light treatments, including no supplementary light (CK) and RB4:1 (red and blue light quality ratio of 4:1, hereinafter), RB5:1, RB6:1, RB7:1 and RB8:1, were set up to compare the morphology and physiology and biochemistry changes. The results showed that supplementary light promoted plant height, stem thickness and root growth, as well as soluble protein accumulation and enhanced SOD and POD activities. Compared with CK, the supplementary light treatment RB8:1 significantly increased soluble sugar content and CAT activity, slightly decreased MDA content, basically equal H2O2 content, and there was no significant difference in leaf area compared with CK. Therefore, RB8:1 was the optimal LED supplementary combination for Poncirus trifoliata seedlings in Changsha in autumn. |
