| 柑橘毛色二孢(Lasiodiplodia citricola)是引起柑橘枝干真菌病害的主要病原菌之一。为筛选出有效防治药剂,本文采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了13种杀菌剂对柑橘毛色二孢(L. citricola)的室内毒力大小,结果表明:50%氟啶胺悬浮剂对柑橘毛色二孢的毒力最强,其EC50值为0.0093 μg/mL;22.5%啶氧菌酯悬浮剂的毒力最弱,其EC50高达147.6798 μg/mL;其他11种杀菌剂也表现出较强的毒力,其EC50值介于0.0743 μg/mL-6.2170 μg/mL。本研究结果为柑橘枝干真菌病害的田间药效试验提供了备选药剂。 |

| Lasiodiplodia citricola is one of the important pathogens causing citrus stem fungal diseases. In order to screen out the fungicides that can effectively control L. citricola, the indoor toxicity of 13 kinds of fungicides against the fungus was measured by mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that 50% Fluazinam suspension had the strongest toxicity with EC50 valueas0.0093 μg/mL, while 22.5% picoxystrobin suspension had the weakest toxicity with EC50 value as 147.6798 μg/mL. Other 11 fungicides also showed strong toxicity with EC50 value as 0.0743 μg/mL-6.2170 μg/mL. The results of this study provide alternative fungicides for field efficacy trials of citrus stem fungal disease. |
