      为了研发适合在广西推广应用的红心猕猴桃富硒栽培技术,本研究以5年生红阳猕猴桃植株为研究对象,选取绿维康、真希和土伯.硒之源三种含硒植物营养素, 开展了叶面喷施试验。结果表明:施用含硒营养素可以有效提高红阳猕猴桃果肉中硒含量,真希150倍、300倍和绿维康500倍处理果肉中总硒含量分别为0.015mg/kg、0.018mg/kg和0.041mg/kg,均高于对照(0.0088mg/kg),达到了广西富硒水果含量标准(0.01-0.10 mg/kg);硒之源500倍和1000倍处理,果肉中总硒含量超标,分别为0.36mg/kg和0.28mg/kg,树体表现出叶缘焦枯甚至落叶等中毒症状。果肉中的硒主要是有机硒,未检测到无机硒,检测的三种有机硒中以硒代蛋氨酸含量最高。真希和硒之源处理均可降低果实酸含量,提高果实Vc、糖和可溶性固形物含量,其中以真希150倍处理和硒之源500倍和1000倍处理对果实品质提升效果最显著;绿维康处理对果实品质的影响与CK无显著差异。综合各个检测指标真希150倍是最好的处理,其果实Vc含量为87.0 mg/100g,总糖含量8.79%,酸含量0.88%,可溶性固形物含量20.94%。

      To develop selenium-rich cultivation techniques of red-core kiwifruit suitable for promotion and application in Guangxi, this study selected 5-year-old ‘Hongyang’ kiwifruit plants as the research subjects and conducted foliar spraying experiments using three selenium-containing plant nutrients: Lvweikang, Zhenxi, and Tubo-xizhiyuan. The results show that the application of selenium-containing nutrients can effectively increase the selenium content in the flesh of ‘Hongyang’ kiwifruit. In the treatments of Zhenxi at 150 times and 300 times, as well as Lvweikang at 500 times, the total selenium content in the flesh was 0.015 mg/kg, 0.018 mg/kg, and 0.041 mg/kg, respectively, surpassing the control (0.0088 mg/kg) and meeting the selenium-rich fruit content standards of Guangxi (0.01-0.10 mg/kg). However, treatments with Tubo-xizhiyuan at 500 times and 1000 times resulted in the total selenium content in the flesh exceeded the standard, reaching 0.36 mg/kg and 0.28 mg/kg, respectively, with symptoms of toxicity such as leaf edge scorch and leaf drop observed in the vines. The selenium in the flesh is primarily organic selenium, with no detection of inorganic selenium. Among the three organic selenium compounds tested, selenomethionine had the highest content. Both Zhenxi and Tubo-xizhiyuan treatments can reduce the content of acid while increasing the content of vitamin C, sugar, and soluble solids in flesh. Zhenxi at 150 times and Tubo-xizhiyuan at 500 times and 1000 times had the most significant impact on improving fruit quality, whereas the effect of Lvweikang treatment on fruit quality did not differ significantly from the control. Considering all measured indexes, Zhenxi at 150 times showed the best results, with fruit containing 87.0 mg/100g of vitamin C, 8.79% total sugar, 0.88% acid, and 20.94% soluble solids.
