| Durian, known as the “king of fruits,” is highly prized in Southeast Asia for its unique taste and aroma. However, due to its high perishability, maintaining its quality postharvest presents a significant challenge. This review systematically examines the influencing factors of quality deterioration, maturity judement methods, and the latest advancements in preservation technologies aimed at extending the shelf life of durians and providing a reference for the research and development of new durian preservation technology. |
