      为弄清咸宁市库区柑橘基地橘小实蝇的发生规律及不同气候因子对该虫的影响,本研究以陆水湖、富水湖库区柑橘基地为调查地点,采用性信息素和黄板诱捕器,诱捕监控2022-2023年橘小实蝇成虫的种群动态规律。同时,结合调查时间的气象因子进行相关性分析。研究结果表明橘小实蝇在咸宁市库区柑橘基地种群增长呈单峰型,9月达到爆发高峰期,11月呈下降趋势,12月至次年2月达到全年最低水平,3-4月虫口数逐渐回升。对2库区橘小实蝇种群数量及月平均气温、月最高气温、月最低气温、月平均降水量和月降水天数进行相关性分析,结果显示,在2个库区橘小实蝇种群数量与气温均呈正相关,其中,月平均气温和月最低气温达到显著水平;降水量对该虫种群数量影响不大。
英文摘要:
      In order to understand the occurrence pattern of B. dorsalis in the reservoir area of Xianning City and the impact of different climate factors on the insect, this study took the citrus bases in the Chibi Lushui Lake and Tongshan Fushui Lake reservoirs as survey locations, and used sex pheromones and yellow board traps to capture and monitor the population dynamics of B. dorsalis adult from 2022 to 2023. At the same time, correlation analysis will be conducted based on meteorological factors during the survey period. The research results indicate that the population growth of B. dorsalis in the citrus base of Xianning City""s reservoir area shows a unimodal pattern, reaching the peak of the outbreak in September, showing a downward trend in November, reaching the lowest level of the year from December to February of the following year, and the population gradually rebounds from March to April. A correlation analysis was conducted on the population of fruit flies in citrus bases in the two storage areas, including monthly average temperature, monthly maximum temperature, monthly minimum temperature, monthly average precipitation, and monthly precipitation days. The results showed that the population of B. dorsalis in citrus bases in the two reservoirs areas was positively correlated with temperature, with monthly average temperature and monthly minimum temperature reaching a significant level; The precipitation has little effect on the population of B. dorsalis in the two citrus bases in the reservoir areas.
