| 为探究节水灌溉对贵州“贵长”猕猴桃产量和品质的影响,采用滴灌,在猕猴桃果树全生育期实施对照处理(CK)不灌水、微灌处理(WG)灌水量为25%、中灌处理(ZG)溉灌水量为50%、湿灌处理(SG)灌水量为75%、充灌处理(CG)灌水量为100%。观测不同灌水量对猕猴桃果实数量、总产量及品质的变化情况。结果表明,随着灌水量的提高猕猴桃单果重、总产量及品质呈上升的变化趋势,达到一定范围后,上升趋势逐渐减弱。适当的增加灌水量可提高猕猴桃可溶性总糖和可溶性固形物含量,降低可滴定酸含量和提高糖酸比,对改善猕猴桃内在品质及口感具有一定的作用。在不同灌水量条件下,猕猴桃果实数量、总产量、干物质、果实品质均随灌水量增加呈现先增后减的变化趋势。当总灌水量为105 mm(SG处理),每次灌水17.5mm,全生育期共灌水6次时,猕猴桃单株果实数量、总产量、干物质率、果实品质等指标达到最佳。 |

| In order to investigate the effect of water-saving irrigation on the yield and quality of Guizhou ‘Guichang’ kiwifruit, five experimental groups used drip irrigation. The control treatment (CK) was not irrigated; the micro-irrigation treatment (T1) was irrigated with 25% of water; the medium-irrigation treatment (T2) was irrigated with 50%; the wet-irrigation treatment (T3) was irrigated with 75%; and the filling treatment (T4) with 100% of water; all the way through the whole life cycle of kiwifruit trees treatment (T4) was 100%. The changes in fruit number, total yield and quality of kiwifruit were observed at different irrigation levels. The results showed that the single fruit weight, total yield and quality of kiwifruit increased with the increase of water volume, and then decreased after reaching a certain range. Increasing the irrigation volume can increase the total soluble sugar and soluble solids content, reduce the titratable acidity and increase the sugar-acid ratio of kiwifruit, which can improve the intrinsic quality and taste of kiwifruit. Under different irrigation levels, the number of kiwifruit fruits, total yield, dry matter, and fruit quality all showed an increasing and then decreasing trend with the increase of irrigation level. When the total irrigation volume was 105 mm (T3 treatment), 17.5 mm each time, and 6 times during the whole life cycle, the kiwifruit fruit number, total yield, dry matter rate, and fruit quality of kiwifruit reached the optimum. |
