| 西花蓟马作为严重的外来害虫,对我国农业生产和生态安全构成一定的威胁,寄主广泛,目前也成为葡萄的重要害虫。为了实现葡萄园内蓟马的动态监测和有效防控,减少农药使用量,保障农产品质量安全,促进农业可持续绿色发展,探讨西花蓟马的物理诱控技术尤为重要。因此本文探讨了不同颜色的粘虫板、引诱剂、粘虫板与引诱剂联用对西花蓟马的诱捕效果,以期为西花蓟马的动态监测与绿色防控提供重要参考。本文以葡萄园西花蓟马为防治对象,采用随机区组设计,2022-2023年连续两年进行西花蓟马诱捕试验,并进行数据统计分析,探讨3种颜色的粘虫板(白色、黄色、蓝色)单用、引诱剂(配合诱捕器)、粘虫板与引诱剂联合使用对避雨栽培的葡萄园中西花蓟马的诱捕效果,同时分析西花蓟马种群增减动态。2022-2023年连续两年的试验结果一致。单独使用粘虫板或引诱剂(配合诱捕器)以及两种方式联合使用诱捕葡萄园西花蓟马的种群增减动态趋势一致,西花蓟马在2022-2023年发生高峰期基本一致,为5月下旬至6月中旬。蓝板和引诱剂联合使用对葡萄园西花蓟马的诱捕效果最好,与其它处理间差异显著,2022年、2023年总诱捕量(150天)分别为4048头、3874头,日均诱捕量分别为26.99头、25.83头;黄板+引诱剂、引诱剂(配合诱捕器)、单独使用蓝板诱集到的西花蓟马数量其次,4者之间差异不显著,与其它处理间差异显著;单独使用白板和单独使用黄板,诱集到的西花蓟马数量最少,两者之间差异不显著,与其它处理间差异显著。为了实现葡萄园内西花蓟马的种群动态监测和高效绿色防控,同时兼顾环境保护,在西花蓟马出现前,可采用蓝板和引诱剂联合使用,以实现蓟马的种群动态监测和高效绿色防控。 |

| As a serious foreign pest, Frankliniella occidentalis poses a certain threat to agricultural production and ecological security in China. It has a wide range of hosts and is currently an important pest of grapes. In order to achieve dynamic monitoring and effective prevention and control of thrips in vineyards, reduce pesticide use, ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, and promote sustainable green development of agriculture, it is particularly important to explore the physical induction and control technology of F.occidentalis. Therefore,this article systematically studied the trapping effects of sticky card traps of different colors alone, attractant (with trap), and the combination of sticky card traps and attractant on the F.occidentalis, in order to provide important references for the dynamic monitoring and green prevention and control of F.occidentalis. Taking F.occidentalis in vineyards as the research object, the random block design was adopted, the trapping test of F.occidentalis was conducted for two consecutive years from 2022 to 2023and the data were statistically analyzed to explore the trapping effect of 3 kinds of sticky card traps (white, yellow, blue)alone, attractant (with trap), and the combination of sticky card traps and attractant on F.occidentalis in vineyards cultivated in shelter from rain, and the population dynamics of F.occidentalis were analyzed at the same time. The experimental results for two consecutive years from 2022 to 2023 were consistent. The population growth and decline trends of grapevines with the use of attractants or attractants alone, as well as the combination of two methods, are consistent. The peak period of occurrence of grapevines with the use of attractants is basically the same from 2022 to 2023,from late May to mid June. The combination of blue boards and attractants has the best trapping effect on the F.occidentalis in vineyards, with significant differences compared to other treatments,The total number of traps (150 days) in 2022 and 2023 was 4048 and 3874, respectively, with a daily average of 26.99 and 25.83 traps, respectively; The number of F.occidentalis captured by yellow board+attractant, using attractant alone, and using blue board alone was the second, and the difference between the four was not significant, but significant compared to other treatments; The use of whiteboard alone and yellow board alone resulted in the least number of F.occidentalis being lured, with no significant difference between the two treatments and significant differences compared to other treatments. In order to realize the monitoring of population dynamics and efficient green control of F.occidentalis in vineyards, while taking into account environmental protection, before the appearance of F.occidentalis, the combination of blue plate and attractant can be used to realize the monitoring of population dynamics and efficient green control of thrips. |
