| 为了拓宽芒果品种配套砧木的选择范围,本试验以芒果属扁桃种扁桃和芒果属芒果种6份材料的当年生饱满枝条嫁接,形成12个砧穗组合,通过成活率、生长量、光合特性和叶片结构等指标采用模糊数学方法进行主成分分析并综合评价嫁接亲和性。结果表明,不同芒果砧穗组合间成活率存在显著差异,根据12个砧穗组合的13个特征向量中筛选出蒸腾速率、栅栏/海绵、叶片厚度和成活率4个主要指标,其累计贡献率达到88.803%。降维处理并采用模糊数学的方法求取综合得分值并排序,分别为:BT-GR82>BT-GR10>BT-GR71>BT-NDM4>BT-GR3>ZH-GR71>ZH-NDM4>ZH-GR10>ZH-GR82>BT-GR4>ZH-GR3>ZH-GR4。芒果属种内和种间的嫁接亲和性良好,但随着嫁接苗的发育生长,生长量指标和光合特性指标表现出种间嫁接生长力更强。 |

| In order to broaden the selection range of rootstocks for mango varieties, this experiment grafted full branches of six materials from Biantao(M.persiciformis Wu et Ming) and Zihua(Mangifera indica L.), forming 12 rootstock scion combinations. Principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation of grafting compatibility were carried out by using fuzzy mathematics method through the indicators of survival rate, growth rate, photosynthetic characteristics and leaf structure. The results showed that there were significant differences in survival rates among different mango rootstock scion combinations. According to the 13 eigenvectors of 12 rootstocks panicle combinations, four main indexes were selected, including Transpiration rate, Palisade/Sponge, Leaf thickness and Survival rate, and the cumulative contribution rate reached 88.803%. Dimension reduction processing and fuzzy mathematics method are used to calculate the comprehensive score value and sort, which are: BT-GR82 > BT-GR10 > BT-GR71 > BT-NDM4 > BT-GR3 > ZH-GR71 > ZH-NDM4 > ZH-GR10 > ZH-GR82 > BT-GR4 > ZH-GR3 > ZH-GR4. The grafting affinity within and between mango species is good, but with the development and growth of grafted seedlings, growth indicators and photosynthetic characteristic indicators show stronger inter species grafting growth. |
