      自福建省三明市早熟温州蜜柑主产区选取主栽特早熟品种‘大分4号’、早熟品种‘兴津’,分别于果实成熟期9月上旬、10月上旬采集代表性果园各80个与748、786个样果,测试单果重(SFW)、果实纵径(LD)、横径(TD)、可溶性固形物(TSS)、含酸量等(TA)指标。应用相关分析与滑动方差分析拟确定最优的外观分级指标与鲜果分级标准。结果:特早、普早均以SFW与TSS(特早r=-0.246、普早r=-0.306)、TA(特早r=0.188、普早r=-0.092)相关性最显著,次之为果实横径TD,推荐制标依据优先SFW,其次为TD。果实级间TSS滑动分析最大方差推荐SFW分级:特早熟(S:50~65g、M:65~100g、100~150g),早熟(S:60~100g、M:100~150g、L:150~200g);最佳回归分析:随SFW增长TSS变率的绝对值呈下降趋势,品质变化率大果不及小果;TSS/TA表达品质分析结果一致。归纳优质果规律倾向为特早品种为小果高糖低酸,普早品种为小果高糖高酸。由SFW换算TD推荐分级板标准:特早建议选55mm、65mm分级;普早视坐果情况大年选60、70mm分级与小年选65、75mm分级。

      Special-early maturing and early maturing varieties "Dafen No.4" and "Xingjin" were selected from the main production area of early maturing Satsuma mandarin in Sanming City, Fujian Province. A total of 748 and 786 fruits were collected, respectively, from 80 representative orchards during the fruit maturation stages in early september and early october.Single fruit weight (SFW), longitudinal diameter (LD), transverse diameter (TD) ,soluble solids (TSS) and acid (TA) were tested. In order to determine the optimal external quality grading indices and fruit grading standards, correlation analysis and sliding variance analysis were applied. The results showed that the correlation between SFW and TSS (earliest maturing r=-0.246, early maturing r=-0.306) and TA (earliest maturing r=0.188, early maturing r=-0.092) was the most significant for both earliest and early maturing varieties, followed by fruit transverse diameter TD. The recommended basis for labeling is SFW first, followed by TD. Fruit grading standards was recommended by maximum variance of TSS sliding analysis among fruit grades: special-early maturing variety(S:50~65g、M:65~100g、100~150g), early maturing variety(S:60~100g、M:100~150g、L:150~200g);the best regression analysis results showed that the absolute value of TSS variability decreased with the increase of SFW, and the quality change rate of large fruit was lower than that of small fruit; the results of TSS/TA expression quality analysis were consistent. The general trend of high-quality fruit is that the earliest maturing varieties have small fruits with high sugar and low acid, while the early maturing varieties have small fruits with high sugar and high acid. According to convert TD results from SFW, grading boards standard with 55mm and 65mm are recommended for special-early maturing variety, while 60 and 70mm grading boards can be selected in good years and 65 and 75mm grading boards can be selected in unsatisfactory years according to the specific fruit setting conditions in the field for early maturing variety.
