| 水果产业是我国农业的重要组成部分之一，种植面积、产量和产值都仅次于粮食和蔬菜，排在第3位。本文运用CMS模型分析了2009-2022年中国对RCEP国家水果出口波动特征和影响因素。研究结果表明：RCEP国家的进口需求规模变动是促进我国水果出口波动的最主要原因，近期整体竞争力效应对我国水果出口的影响在逐渐增强。产品结构效应和产品竞争力效应也在一定程度上影响了我国对RCEP国家的水果出口。我国应抓住疫情后RCEP国家水果需求规模恢复增长的机遇，充分利用RCEP协定推进贸易便利化，降低贸易成本，调整产品结构，提高出口竞争力，促进水果出口增长。 |

| The fruit industry is one of the important components of agriculture in China, with planting area, yield, and output value ranking third only to grains and vegetables: This article uses the CMS model to analyze the fluctuation characteristics and influencing factors of China's fruit exports to RCEP countries from 2009 to 2022. The research results indicate that the change in import demand scale of RCEP countries is the main reason for the fluctuation of China's fruit exports, and the overall competitiveness effect on China's fruit exports is gradually increasing in recent times. The product structure effect and product competitiveness effect have also to some extent affected China's fruit exports to RCEP countries. China should seize the opportunity of the recovery and growth of fruit demand in RCEP countries after the epidemic, fully utilize the RCEP agreement to promote trade facilitation, reduce trade costs, adjust product structure, enhance export competitiveness, and promote fruit export growth. |
