| 比较云和雪梨与其他23个梨代表性地方品种的功能品质差异,挖掘云和雪梨营养素的特异性,探究云和雪梨的营养保健功能。以24个梨品种为试验材料,连续2年对果实糖酸、总酚、总黄酮等营养素指标进行测定和比较分析。结果表明,云和雪梨与其他23个品种雪梨相比,部分矿物质元素含量、蔗糖、奎宁酸等含量相对较高;矿物质元素中K、Na和P元素含量分别所测24个品种中第1,Zn元素第2蔗糖含量在所测24个品种中排名第4;奎宁酸含量排名第5;总酚含量排名第10。云和雪梨相比于其他品种,矿物质元素含量极其丰富,尤其富含K、Na、P和Zn等重要元素。本研究为云和雪梨品牌设、开发利用、产业创新和高品质果业发展提供参考依据。 |

| This study compares the functional quality differences between ‘Yunhexuli’ and 23 other representative local pear varieties, explores the specificity of nutrients in ‘Yunhexuli’, and investigates its nutritional health function. Using these 24 pear varieties as experimental materials, the nutrient index of fruit sugar acid, total phenol, total flavonoids, etc. were measured and comparatively analyzed for two consecutive years. The results show that compared with the other 23 varieties of ‘Yunhexuli’, ‘Yunhexuli’ has relatively higher contents of certain mineral elements, sucrose, quinic acid, etc. Among the mineral elements, the contents of K, Na, and P ranked first among the 24 varieties tested, Zn ranked second, the sucrose content ranked fourth, the quinic acid content ranked fifth, and the total phenol content ranked tenth. Compared with other varieties, ‘Yunhexuli’ is extremely rich in mineral elements, especially important elements such as K, Na, P, and Zn. This study provides a reference for the brand setting, development and utilization, industrial innovation, and high-quality fruit industry development of ‘Yunhexuli’. |
