| ‘丹若1号’是一种适宜在海南种植的软籽石榴,但在生产上常受到日灼伤害。本研究通过以‘丹若1号’石榴果实为试验材料,测定自然生长(未套袋)、套袋和套袋-去袋处理下的果实籽粒可溶性固形物含量、果皮色素含量、色差值、类黄酮含量、总酚含量、活性氧损伤指标和抗氧化酶活性,综合评价套袋对‘丹若1号’石榴果皮外观的影响。结果显示,3个处理果实籽粒色泽无明显差别,可溶性固形物含量无显著差异,表明套袋未影响果实的主要内在品质。叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量较低,对果实发育后期着色影响不大;而花青苷含量是影响‘丹若1号’石榴果皮着色的关键因素,以套袋-去袋处理含量显著最高,为11.12 (OD530-OD600)/g FW,且果皮光滑靓丽,颜色更红。三个处理中,以套袋处理果皮类黄酮和总酚含量显著最低,分别为30.71 OD325/g FW和157.74 OD280/g FW。结合过氧化氢含量、羟自由基清除能力和丙二醛含量分析,发现套袋处理果皮受到的活性氧损伤程度最低;自然生长(未套袋)和套袋-去袋处理分别通过上升过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性来应对组织活性氧损伤,但套袋-去袋处理未造成影响表型的活性氧损伤。因此,套袋-去袋处理可作为一种潜在的改善‘丹若1号’软籽石榴外观品质的优良技术手段推广。 |

| ''Danruo No.1'' is a soft-seeded pomegranate cultivar cultivated in Hainan Province, which often suffers from sunburn during production. This study used ''Danruo No.1'' pomegranate fruits as experimental materials to determine the soluble solid content of arils, pigment content of fruit peel, color indices, flavonoid content, total phenol content, indicators of oxidative damage, and antioxidant enzyme activity under natural growth (non-bagged), bagged, and bagged-debagged treatments to comprehensively evaluate the effect of bagging on the appearance quality of ''Danruo No.1'' pomegranate peel. The results showed that there was no significant difference in seed color among the three treatments, and the soluble solid content of the fruits did not differ significantly, indicating that bagging did not affect the main internal quality of the fruits. The content of chlorophyll and carotenoids was relatively low, with little impact on coloration in the late stage of fruit development; however, the content of anthocyanin was the key pigment affecting the coloration of ''Danruo No.1'' pomegranate peel, with the bagged-debagged treatment showing the highest content at 11.12 (OD530-OD600) /g FW, resulting in smooth and attractive red color of the peel. Fruit peel under bagging treatment showed lowest levels of flavonoids and total phenols in the peel, with 30.71 OD325/g FW and 157.74 OD280/g FW, respectively. Results of hydrogen peroxide content, hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity, and malondialdehyde content indicated that the bagged treatment resulted in the lowest level of oxidative damage to the peel. The natural growth (non-bagged) and bagged-debagged treatments protected fruits against oxidative damage by increasing the activities of hydrogen peroxide and peroxidase, while the bagged-debagged treatment did not cause significant oxidative damage to the fruit peel. Therefore, the bagged-debagged treatment can be considered as a potential technology to improve the appearance quality of ''Danruo No.1'' soft-seeded pomegranate. |
