| 【目的】为明确蒙自石榴园橘小实蝇种群发生动态,本研究探究其种群数量随时间的变化规律以及相关可能的影响因素,为当地进行预测预报和制定科学有效的防控策略提供理论依据与数据支持。【方法】本研究利用橘小实蝇雄虫诱集剂甲基丁香酚,对2022-2023 年石榴生长季间橘小实蝇种群动态进行监测与调查,分区域研究周边寄主植物对种群数量的影响,并利用SPSS分析相关气象因子与种群动态的内在联系。【结果】调查期园内橘小实蝇种群最多有4个发生高峰期,种群诱捕数量高峰主要分布在9月和10月。果实采摘完毕后,种群数量随寄主数量的减少而显著降低。分区域分析橘小实蝇种群调查结果表明,当周边栽种的寄主果实先于石榴成熟时,在采摘结束后,橘小实蝇会发生转主为害行为;同时,石榴小区距离周边作物区域的位置与该小区橘小实蝇的种群数量有关。在众多气象因子中,橘小实蝇种群数量与月平均高温呈极显著负相关(P=0.003),月平均风速对橘小实蝇的发生也具有一定的影响。【结论】本研究明确了蒙自石榴园橘小实蝇的种群发生动态规律;确定了种群数量与周边寄主作物以及石榴生长阶段密切相关,种群发生高峰期主要集中在石榴膨大期与成熟期;月均最高温度与月均风速是影响橘小实蝇种群量变化的重要气象因子。 |

| 【Objective】The current study aimed to clarify the population dynamics of Bactrocera dorsalis in the pomegranate orchard of Mengzi, explore and determine the change rule of its population over time and related possible influencing factors, which provided theoretical basis and data support for local forecasting and formulating scientific and effective control strategies.【Methods】In the current study, methyl eugenol as a male attracter was used to monitor and investigate the population dynamics of B. dorsalis during the pomegranate growing season in 2022-2023. The influence of neighboring host plants on the population was evaluated regionally, and the influence of related meteorological factors on the population dynamics was analyzed by SPSS.【Results】During the survey period, there were at most 4 population peak periods of B. dorsalis, and the highest trapping numbers were mainly distributed in September and October. After the harvest of pomegranates, the population decreased significantly with the decrease of fruit number. When other host fruits in the surrounding matured before pomegranates, the B. dorsalis changed to pomegranates after the harvest of other surrounding host fruits. Meanwhile, the distance between the pomegranates and surrounding plants was positively correlated with the population quantity of B. dorsalis in pomegranate orchard. Among tested meteorological factors, there was a significant negative correlation between population quantity and monthly mean high temperature (P=0.003), and the monthly mean wind speed also had a certain influence on the occurrence of B. dorsalis.【Conclusion】The population dynamic of B. dorsalis was clarified in pomegranate orchard of Mengzi. The population was closely related to the growth degree of neighboring host fruits and pomegranates, and the population peak occurred mainly in the expansion and ripening stages of pomegranates. Average monthly maximum temperature and average monthly wind speed were important meteorological factors affecting the population dynamic of B. dorsalis. |
