      【目的】为考察不同助剂对吡唑醚菌酯在刺梨白粉病上的防控增效效果。【方法】采用氨基寡糖素、超牛植物精油助剂和木霉菌剂分别与吡唑醚菌酯按体积1:1组合在田间进行试验。通过调查病情指数,计算防控效果,结合对刺梨果实品质的检测,分析不同助剂对吡唑醚菌酯在刺梨白粉病上防控增效效果。【结果】药后第14 d,30%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂1500倍液对刺梨白粉病的防效为89.12%,30%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂+5%氨基寡糖素水剂组合剂的防效为95.34%,表现出较好的防治效果,且防治效果优于其它组合。30%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂+5%氨基寡糖素水剂1:1组合处理后的刺梨果实中Vc、SOD、Al、Cu等元素的含量均显著增加,果实中农药残留减少。【结论】30%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂+5%氨基寡糖素水剂1:1组合能够有效防控刺梨白粉病,达到了减少化学农药的使用量且提升了果实品质的目的。

      [Objective] To investigate the synergistic effect of different auxiliaries on pyrazolium in the prevention and control of powdery mildew of Roxanthi. [Methods]The amino oligosaccharide, super bovine plant essential oil additive and trichoderma were combined with pyrazolium ester in the field according to 1:1 volume. Through the investigation of disease index, calculation of control effect, combined with the detection of Roxburgh pear fruit quality, the effect of different auxiliaries on the prevention and control of Roxburgh pear powdery mildew was analyzed. [Results] On the 14th day after treatment, the control effect of 30% pyrazoletin suspension 1500 times solution on powdery mildew of prickly pear was 89.12%, and the control effect of 30% pyrazoletin suspension +5% amino-oligosaccharide water combination was 95.34%, showing a good control effect, and the control effect was better than other combinations. The contents of Vc, SOD, Al and Cu in the fruits of Roxanthus Roxanthus were significantly increased and the pesticide residues in the fruits were reduced after the combination treatment of 30% pyrazoletin suspension and 5% amino-oligosaccharide water 1:1. [Conclusion] The combination of 30% pyrazoletin suspension +5% amino-oligosaccharide aqueous solution 1:1 can effectively control powdery mildew of Roxanthi pear, reduce the use of chemical pesticides and improve fruit quality.
