      猕猴桃溃疡病是猕猴桃生产中最严重的植物病害,对猕猴桃产业造成了极大影响。本研究从土壤酶活、植株叶绿素荧光两个方面探讨猕猴桃植株感染溃疡病的表现,为猕猴桃溃疡病的防治提供一些理论参考。对比正常植株,感病猕猴桃根际土壤酶活发生了显著的变化:表层土壤蛋白酶和蔗糖酶、脱氢酶活性升高,脲酶活性降低;而在深层土壤中,酶活变化复杂。感病猕猴桃的叶绿素荧光也有明显变化:Fo、Fm显著升高,光反应中心活性和电子传递能力下降,同时能量耗散增加,最终导致光合效率降低。因此,猕猴桃感染溃疡病不但引起土壤酶活改变,还引起叶绿素荧光参数的相关改变。该结论有助于深入理解猕猴桃溃疡病病征,为其防治和生产管理提供重要理论支持和有益参考。
英文摘要:
      Kiwi canker disease is the most serious plant disease in kiwi production, causing significant impacts on the kiwi industry. This study investigated the expression of kiwi plants infected with canker disease from the perspectives of soil enzyme activity and plant chlorophyll fluorescence, providing theoretical references for the control of kiwi canker disease. A significant change in root zone soil enzyme activity was observed in infected kiwi plants compared to healthy ones: surface soil protease and sucrose enzyme activities increased, while dehydrogenase activity increased and urease activity decreased. Enzyme activity changes in deep soil were more complex. Infected kiwi plants also exhibited notable changes in chlorophyll fluorescence: Fo and Fm significantly increased, while the activity of photosystem centers and electron transfer capabilities decreased, leading to increased energy dissipation and ultimately reduced photosynthetic efficiency. Therefore, kiwi infection with canker disease not only alters soil enzyme activity but also affects chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. These findings contribute to a better understanding of kiwi canker disease symptoms, offering crucial theoretical support and valuable insights for its management and production.
