| 为了明确百香果茎基腐病与营养元素的关系,进而为营养调控减轻百香果茎基腐提供理论依据。分别测定了罹患茎基腐病和健康植株叶片和根围土中N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量,结果发现健康植株叶片中全磷、全钾、钙含量显著高于发病植株叶片;健康植株根围土中铵态氮、速效钾含量显著高于发病植株根围土。茎基腐病严重度分别与叶片全氮和根围土铵态氮、速效钾、钙、镁显著负相关。对测定养分进行主成分分析,发现相对于发病植株,健康植株叶片中全钾和全氮占比更高,健康植株根围土中速效钾、有效磷、硝态氮和有机质占比更高。表明百香果茎基腐病发生与叶片和土壤中主要养分含量密切相关,调控这些营养元素用量有助于提高百香果对茎基腐病的抗性。 |

| To elucidate the relationship between stem-base rot of passion fruit and nutrient elements, thereby providing a theoretical basis for nutritional regulation to control the disease, the contents of N, P, K, Ca, and Mg in the leaves and bulk soil of both diseased and healthy roots were measured. The results revealed that the total phosphorus, total potassium, and calcium content in the leaves of healthy plants were significantly higher than those in the diseased plants. The contents of ammonium nitrogen and available potassium in the bulk soil surrounding healthy roots were significantly higher than those surrounding the diseased roots. The severity of stem-base rot was significantly negatively correlated with total nitrogen in leaves and ammonium nitrogen, available potassium, calcium, and magnesium in the bulk soil surrounding roots. Principal component analysis of the measured nutrients showed that, compared to diseased plants, healthy plants had a higher proportion of total potassium and total nitrogen in their leaves, and a higher proportion of available potassium, available phosphorus, nitrate nitrogen, and organic matter in their bulk soil surrounding roots. This indicates that the occurrence of passion fruit stem-base rot is closely related to the main nutrient contents in leaves and soil, and regulating the amounts of these nutrients can help improve the resistance of passion fruit to stem-base rot. |
