| 本研究探讨了黄腐酸钾对罗汉果叶片光合特性和果实品质的影响,为武陵山地区罗汉果优质高产提供依据。以“青皮果”罗汉果为材料,设置5个梯度黄腐酸钾处理,黄腐酸钾用量分别为0(CK)、60 kg/hm2(T1)、90 kg/hm2(T2)、120 kg/hm2(T3)、150 kg/hm2(T4)。 测定罗汉果叶片的光合色素含量(叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素)、净光合速率日变化、光响应参数、叶绿素荧光动力学参数及果实大小、罗汉果甜苷V含量等指标。研究结果表明:(1)黄腐酸钾能促进叶片光合色素含量的增加,以T3处理含量最高。(2)能提高叶片光饱和点、净光合速率,提升叶片光量子传递能力,以T3处理最明显。(3)T3处理下,果实纵横径、单果干重和罗汉果甜苷V含量分别比对照提高11.77%、9.6%、11.95%和18.98%。黄腐酸钾能提高罗汉果叶片的光合能力,促进果实增大和罗汉果甜苷V的积累。适宜的施肥水平在120 kg/hm2。 |

| To explore the effect of potassium fulvic acid on leaf photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of Siraitia grosvenorii, and provide basis for high-quality and high-yield cultivation of Siraitia grosvenorii in Wuling Mountain Region. Using the variety "Qingpi Guo" as the experimental material, and five gradients of potassium fulvic acid were set up, the amount of potassium fulvic acid was 0 (CK), 60 kg/hm2 (T1), 90 kg/hm2 (T2), 120 kg/hm2 (T3), and 150 kg/hm2 (T4), respectively. The contents of photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids), diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate, light response parameters, chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters in leaves, and the fruit size and content of mogroside V in fruits of Siraitia grosvenorii were measured. Result: (1) Potassium fulvic acid can promote the increase of photosynthetic pigment content in leaves, with T3 treatment having the highest content. (2) It can increase the leaf light saturation point, net photosynthetic rate, and enhance the leaf light quantum transfer ability, with T3 treatment being the most obvious. (3) Under T3 treatment, the fruit vertical and horizontal diameter, dry weight of single fruit and mogroside V content increased by 11.77%, 9.6%, 11.95% and 18.98% respectively compared with the control. Potassium fulvic acid can improve the photosynthetic capacity of Siraitia grosvenorii leaves, promote fruit enlargement and the accumulation of mogroside V. The appropriate fertilization level is 120 kg/hm2. |
