      探讨瓯柑露白期(4月11日)短截花枝对瓯柑果实发育和品质以及树势的影响,可为瓯柑春季疏花提供实践经验与理论指导。本研究于2023年在浙江省温州市三垟湿地6年以上的瓯柑果园进行,研究了春季瓯柑露白期短截疏花对果实膨大和挂果率以及树势的影响。结果表明:露白期短截花枝有利于瓯柑果实的坐果和膨大;有利于春梢发育,增强树势;促进果实转色,提高果实固酸比;荧光定量PCR检测果实发育膨大生长激素和赤霉素相关基因(AUX/IAA family, Gibberellin regulated protein)相对表达量,结果显示短截疏花组赤霉素相关基因GA3ox1表达量上升,其他激素合成相关基因表达与对照组差异不明显。总之,瓯柑露白期短截疏花有利于果实膨大,提高挂果率,促进果实转色以及春梢发育,且技术简单,有较大的推广价值。

      Exploring the effects of manual flower branch thinning in spring during the whitening period of Citrus reticulata cv.Suavissima on fruit enlargement and tree vigor, which can provide practical experience and theoretical guidance for thinning flowers in Citrus reticulata cv.Suavissima. This study was conducted in a 6 years’ citrus orchard in Sanyang wetland in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang Province. It studied the effects of manual flower branches thinning during the whitening period of on Citrus reticulata cv.Suavissima fruit enlargement and fruit setting rate as well as tree vigor. The results showed that cutting during the whitening period was beneficial to the fruit setting and expanding, and saving time and labor costs compared with conventional artificial flower and fruit thinning, and promoting the growth of spring shoots and tree vigor enhancement. The relative expression levels of AUX/IAA family, gibberellin regulated protein, pectinesterase and glycine-rich cell wall structural protein genes were detected by real-time quantitative PCR, which the results showed that the relative expression of AUX/IAA family were not significantly different between MC and CK group. The expression of gibberellin related protein gene GA3ox1 was increased than CK group. In short, manual flower branches thinning during the whitening bring benefits to fruit enlargement and fruit setting, and promote spring shoots development. Moreover, the cut technology is simple and has great promotion value.
