| 【目的】澳洲坚果衰退病是广西澳洲坚果种植区近年来发生的重要病害,为弄清该病害的病原菌。【方法】本研究从广西崇左市采集发病植株,通过组织分离法进行病原菌分离,通过活体接种法进行致病性测定,通过形态学观察结合rDNA-ITS、RBP2、TEF和TUB基因多基因系统发育分析进行病原菌鉴定。【结果】通过组织分离法分离得到2个菌株,致病性测试结果表明这2个菌株都可以引起澳洲坚果衰退病,通过形态学观察结合rDNA-ITS、RBP2、TEF和TUB基因多基因系统发育分析,确定其中1株为可可毛色二孢Lasiodiplodia theobromae、1株为柑桔毛色二孢L. citricola。 |

| [Purpose] Macadamia decline disease is an important disease that has occurred in the macadamia growing area of Guangxi in recent years, in order to identify the pathogen of this disease. [Method] In this study, diseased plants were collected from Chongzuo, Guangxi, pathogen was isolated by tissue isolation method, pathogenicity was determined by inoculation method in vivo, and pathogen was identified by morphological observation combined with multigene phylogenetic analysis of rDNA-ITS, RBP2, TEF and TUB genes.[Result] Two isolates were isolated by tissue isolation method, the results of pathogenicity test showed that both isolate could cause macadamia nut decline disease. Through morphological observation combined with the multigene phylogenetic analysis of rDNA-ITS, RBP2, TEF and TUB genes identified one of the isolate as Lasiodiplodia theobromae and the other isolate as L. citricola. |
