      以20年生塑料连栋大棚栽培的黑炭杨梅为研究对象,通过树体上方、树冠内部以及两者相结合的补光方式设置4个处理,对照为不补光处理,研究不同补光方式对设施杨梅的生长、果实的品质及品质相关酶活性的影响。结果表明,冠内补光和冠内+树体上方补光处理对杨梅的叶片的长、宽和叶厚均有明显的促进作用;冠内4盏条形灯+顶灯、冠内8盏条形灯以及冠内8盏条形灯+顶灯的处理显著增加了杨梅单果重质量、总糖含量和花青苷含量,同时在转白期、转色期和成熟期三个不同生育期均显著提高了蔗糖合成酶活性及蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性,且加顶灯的补光处理要显著高于不加顶灯的处理;总游离氨基酸含量也在冠内4盏条形灯+顶灯、及冠内8盏条形灯+顶灯的处理中增加最多。在产业上可推荐冠内4盏条形灯+顶灯进行推广应用。
英文摘要:
      The 20- year- old Heitan bayberry trees were tested, which were cultured in a plastic multi-span greenhouse. Four treatments were set up by the supplemental light above the tree, inside the canopy and the combination of the two, and no light supplementation as a control to analyze the effects of different light supplement methods on the growth, fruit quality, and quality-related enzymes activities of bayberry. The results showed that the treatment of light supplement in the canopy and the treatment of light supplement in canopy and above the tree at the same time had significantly promoting effects on the leaf length, leaf width and leaf thickness of bayberry. The treatments of 4 strip lights inside the crown + top lights above the tree, 8 strip lights inside the crown , 8 strip lights inside the crown + top lights above the tree significantly increased the single fruit weight, the total sugar content and anthocyanin content of bayberry. And the activities of sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase were significantly increased at the whitening stage, turning color stage and maturity stage, and the treatment with top lights was significantly higher than that without top lights. The total free amino acid content also increased the most in the treatments of 4 strip lights inside the crown + top lights above the tree and 8 strip lights inside the crown + top lights above the tree. The treatment of 4 strip lights inside the crown + top lights above the tree can be recommended for popularization and application in the industry.
