| 荔枝种胚败育导致的无核或焦无核是种质资源筛选的重要性状。为研究矿质元素与荔枝种胚败育的关联性,以正常发育种子‘紫娘喜’和焦核种子‘妃子笑’荔枝为材料,观测种子的发育过程,测量种子的鲜重、含水量、大小和11种矿质元素及其含量。结果表明,荔枝种子的发育过程分为两个阶段,荔枝种子快速增长期(I期)伴随着元素的快速消耗,缓慢增长期(II期)元素消耗速度较慢。发育中种子的平均含量最高的大量元素为N和K,平均含量最高的微量元素为Fe和Mn。发育中的荔枝种子的重量、横径、纵径和侧径与多种矿质元素的含量具有一定相关性。K元素在妃子笑种子的种胚败育期含量迅速下降,可能与焦核有密切关系。 |

| Both seedless and stenospermocarpic caused by embryo abortion are important traits for screening germplasm resources in litchi. Mineral elements are important components in development of fruits and seeds. To analyze the correlation between embryo abortion and mineral elements, the development seeds of ‘Ziniangxi’ and ‘Feizixiao’ litchi were used to detect the phenotypic status, fresh weight, relative water content, size, and 11 mineral elements. The results showed that, the development process of litchi seeds could be divided into two stages, rapid growth stage (Phase I) and slow growth stage (Phase II). The litchi seeds onPhase I was accompanied with rapid element consumption, while slow down on Phase II. The highest average content of macronutrient was N and K, while the highest average content of microelement was Fe and Mn. There were correlation between the weight, transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter, and lateral diameter with the various mineral elements contents. The content of K element rapidly decreased during the embryo abortion period of ‘Feizixiao’ litchi seeds, which might be closely related to scorched nucleus. |
