      摘要:为明确云南省元江县良丰柑橘园中蜗牛类软体动物泛滥的原因。于2023年10月入园调查蜗牛类软体动物种类及为害程度,采样后以形态特征及基于COI基因序列的分子生物学鉴定蜗牛类软体动物的物种信息。结果表明,该柑橘园内未见蜗牛类软体动物为害柑橘果实及嫩枝嫩梢,仅取食落果和鸭跖草、牛繁缕等杂草,对鸭跖草和牛繁缕的为害率分别为85.96%和50.76%。柑橘根际蜗牛类软体动物的种群密度达40.51 只/m2,共6个物种,分别为同型巴蜗牛(Bradybaena similaris)、细纹尖巴蜗牛(Acusta redfieldi)、琥珀螺(Succinea caduca)、非洲大蜗牛(Lissachatina fulica)、皱足蛞蝓(Veronicellidae sp.)和光滑野蛞蝓(Deroceras laeve)。其中,同型巴蜗牛密度最高,达14.53 只/m2。本研究明确了元江县良丰柑橘园内蜗牛类软体动物的种群密度和为害程度,同时,在保护柑橘园生态环境的前提下,清理杂草并利用生物天敌或化学农药可有效控制柑橘园内蜗牛类软体动物。本研究结果可为柑橘园及其他果园内该类有害生物的科学防控提供理论依据和研究基础。

      Abstract: To identify the causes of snail-like mollusks infestation in the citrus orchards of Liangfeng, Yuanjiang County, Yunnan Province, China. In October 2023, the species and damage degree of snail-like mollusks in this citrus orchard were investigated. After sample collection, the species information of snail-like mollusks was identified by morphological characteristics and molecular biology based on COI gene sequence. The results showed that no snail-like mollusks were found to harm citrus fruits and shoots in the citrus orchard, but only the fallen fruits and weeds such as Commelina communis and Myosoton aquaticum, the damage rates to Commelina communis and Myosoton aquaticum were 85.96% and 50.76%, respectively. The population density of snail-like mollusks in citrus rhizosphere reached 40.51 per square meter, with a total of 6 species. They are Bradybaena similaris, Acusta redfieldi, Succinea caduca, Lissachatina fulica, Veronicellidae sp., and Deroceras laeve. Among them, the highest density of B. similaris was 14.53 per square meter. The population density and damage level of snail mollusks in the Liangfeng citrus orchard in Yuanjiang County were assessed. Simultaneously, while safeguarding the ecological environment of the citrus orchard, effective control of snail mollusks can be achieved through weed management and the utilization of biological natural enemies or chemical pesticides. The results of this study can provide theoretical basis and research basis for the scientific control of these pests in citrus orchards and other orchards.
