| 为了培育出具有红色果皮或果肉的椪柑新品种,本研究以本地早熟品种“早蜜椪柑”为母本,“南橘”、“阿弗勒”和“沃柑”为父本进行杂交,配置不同萌发培养基来确定最适培养基中蔗糖和GA3浓度,对授粉后不同时期的幼胚分别进行培养,最后利用SSR标记对杂交后代进行鉴定。结果表明:MT+7%蔗糖+GA3 1.0 mg/L适合幼胚培养;三个杂交组合后代成苗率最高是在授粉后100 d的幼胚;通过SSR分子标记鉴定得到“早蜜椪柑”ד南橘”杂种苗48株,“早蜜椪柑”ד阿弗勒”杂种苗1株。 |

| In order to cultivate a new variety of ponkan with red peel or pulp, the present study used the local early-maturing variety "Zaomi Ponkan Nanju Afourer 3 in the medium by configuring different germination media, cultured the young embryos at different stages after pollination, and finally used SSR markers to identify the hybrid offspring. The results showed that MT+7% sucrose+GA3 1.0 mg/L was suitable for young embryo culture, the highest seedling formation rate of the three hybrid combinations was the young embryo 100 days after pollination, and 48 hybrid seedlings of "Zaomi Ponkan”דNanju Zaomi Ponkan”× “Afleur” were identified by SSR molecular marker method |
