| 摘要：由寄生于柑橘上的藻类（Apatococclus lobatus）引起的柑橘青苔病在我国柑橘产区普遍发生，为明确矿物油-小檗碱联用对柑橘青苔病的防治效果，分别在临海和黄岩进行了田间试验。结果发现临海试验点0.5%小檗碱AS 200倍+99%矿物油EC200倍、 0.5%小檗碱AS400倍+99%矿物油EC200倍对对柑橘青苔病防治效果分别为77.27%、68.93%；黄岩试验点0.5%小檗碱AS 200倍+99%矿物油EC 200倍、 0.5%小檗碱AS400倍+99%矿物油EC 200倍对对柑橘青苔病防治效果分别为86.68%、71.20%。说明矿物油-小檗碱联用可以有效防治柑橘青苔病，推荐在生产中推广应用。 |

| Abstract: Citrus moss caused by Apatococclus lobatus is a common and serious disease in china. Field tests were conducted in Linhai and Huangyan, Zhejiang province, to determine the effect of mineral oil and berberine on citrus moss disease. Our tests showed the prevention effect of 0.5% berberine AS 200 times +99% mineral oil EC200 times and 0.5% berberine AS400 times +99% mineral oil EC200 times were 77.27% and 68.93% at Linhai test site, respectively , and 0.5% berberine AS 200 times +99% mineral oil EC 200 times and 0.5% berberine AS400 times +99% mineral oil EC 200 times were 86.68% and 71.20% at Huangyan test site, respectively . The results indicated that the combination of mineral oil and berberine can effectively prevent citrus moss disease. |
