      为了解贵州火龙果果园杂草是否被火龙果病毒侵染及其侵染情况。采用RT-PCR法检测了镇宁县火龙果果园60份和罗甸县火龙果果园65份杂草样品的5种火龙果常见病毒的侵染情况。结果显示,镇宁县火龙果果园的杂草病毒检出率远高于罗甸县,镇宁四种病毒的检出率为CVX 75.0%,CVX-NTU 11.6%,ZyVX 15.0%,PiVX 81.6%,罗甸县只有ZyVX和PiVX检出,检出率分别为4.6%和36.9%。病毒的复合侵染发生普遍,共检出了6种类型的复合侵染,占阳性样品总数的70.5%。两个地区共有17科36种杂草携带火龙果病毒, PiVX的检出率最高,为58.4%;CVX、CVX-NTU和ZyVX检出率分别为58.4%、36%、5.6%和9.6%, 未检测出SchVX。贵州火龙果果园杂草受到多种火龙果病毒侵染危害,杂草作为病毒传播的中间寄主,在病毒防控时应引起重视,本研究为火龙果病毒病的防控提供了理论依据。

      To understand whether the weeds in Guizhou pitaya orchards have been infected by pitaya viruses and their infection status. RT-PCR was used to detect the infection of five common viruses in 60 samples of pitaya orchards in Zhenning County and 65 weed samples of pitaya orchards in Luodian County. The results showed that the detection rate of weed viruses in pitaya orchards in Zhenning County was much higher than that in Luodian County. The detection rates of the four viruses in Zhenning were CVX 75.0%, CVX-NTU 11.6%, ZyVX 15.0%, and PiVX 81.6%. Only ZyVX and PiVX were detected in Luodian County, with detection rates of 4.6% and 36.9%, respectively. The occurrence of virus co-infection is common, with a total of 6 types of co-infection detected, accounting for 70.5% of the total positive samples. There are a total of 17 families and 36 species of weeds carrying pitaya virus in two regions, with the highest detection rate of PiVX at 58.4%; The detection rates of CVX, CVX-NTU, and ZyVX were 58.4%, 36%, 5.6%, and 9.6%, respectively, and SchVX was not detected. Weeds in Guizhou pitaya orchards are affected by various pitaya viruses. As an intermediate host of virus transmission, weeds should be taken seriously in virus prevention and control. This study provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of pitaya virus disease.
