      以百香果茎基腐病菌优势种腐皮镰孢菌(Fusarium solani)为靶标,用从百香果植株中分离的内生细菌,进行对峙培养和接种防效试验,筛选鉴定防治效果明显的拮抗菌株。对峙试验结果显示,EB-G-11-01对百香果茎基腐病菌的菌丝具有明显的抑制效果,抑制率为53.2%,离体接种和盆栽试验结果表明菌株EB-G-11-01对百香果茎基腐病平均防效分别达到44.23%和95.39%,均高于枯草芽孢杆菌1000倍液的平均防效26.17%和78.45%。结合形态特征、16S rRNA和gyrB基因序列比对结果,及其序列构建的系统发育进化树分析结果,将菌株EB-G-11-01鉴定为枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。菌株EB-G-11-01能产生胞外蛋白酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶,具有作为生防菌开发利用的潜力,为百香果茎基腐病的生物防治提供了菌种资源。
英文摘要:
      Fusarium solani, the dominant species of stem rot disease in passion fruits in guang xi, was used as the target, and strains of Bacillus spp. obtained endophyte bacteria in passion fruits, were used for confrontation culture and inoculation test,screening,identification antagonistic bacterial strains of passion fruits, so as to lay a theoretical basis for biological control of passion fruits and provide strain resources. The results of confrontation test showed that the inhibitory rates of EB-G-11-01 against Fusarium solani was 53.2% , respectively.the average control efficiency 44.23% and 95.39% of EB-G-11-01were obtained by in vitro inoculation and pot experiment, were more than the average control efficiency 26.17% and 78.45% of bacillus subtilis WB1000. Combined with morphological characteristics, sequence of 16S rDNA and gyrB, phylogenetic tree analysis based on gene sequence, strain EB-G-11-01 could be identified as Bacillus subtilis. Strain EB-G-11-01 could produce extracellular protease, β-1,3-glucanase and cellulase, which has the potential to be used as biocontrol bacteria.
