| 为了明确榴莲果实品质与矿质营养之间的关系,以期为科学合理施肥,提高榴莲果实品质提供理论支撑。本试验以12种榴莲品系为试材,采用灰色关联度和通径分析研究榴莲果实8个矿质元素和9个品质指标之间的联系。结果表明:果实中大量元素含量为K>P>Mg>Ca,微量元素含量趋势为Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu。通径分析表明,Ca含量对可滴定酸、VC、粗脂肪、可食率和果形指数的直接作用最大,果实中Mg含量对可溶性糖含量的直接作用最大,Mn含量对可溶性蛋白和单果重的直接作用最大。灰色关联度分析表明,Mn、Zn等含量与可溶性糖、可滴定酸等品质指标存在较高的关联度。两种方法均表明果实中Ca含量对可食率的直接作用最大,关联性最强。表明榴莲果实品质是各个矿质元素协同作用的结果,生产中可通过控制果实Mn、Ca含量来调控果实品质形成。 |

| In order to clarify the relationship between durian fruit quality and mineral nutrition, in order to provide theoretical support for scientific and rational fertilization and improvement of durian fruit quality.The relationship between 8 mineral elements and 9 quality indexes of durian fruit was studied by grey correlation degree and path analysis of 12 durian varieties. The results showed that the contents of many elements in fruit were K>P>Mg>Ca, and the trend of trace elements contents was Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu. Path analysis showed that Ca content had the largest direct effect on titrable acid, VC, crude fat, edible rate and fruit shape index, Mg content had the largest direct effect on soluble sugar content, Mn content had the largest direct effect on soluble protein and fruit weight. Grey correlation analysis showed that Mn and Zn contents were highly correlated with soluble sugar and titrable acid. Both methods showed that Ca content in fruit had the greatest direct effect on edible rate and the strongest correlation. The results showed that durian fruit quality was the result of synergistic action of various mineral elements, and the formation of fruit quality could be regulated by controlling Mn and Ca contents in fruit during production. |
