      井上蛀果斑螟Assara inouei是为害石榴果实的重要害虫。本研究旨在了解饥饿胁迫下该虫的能量代谢特点,为揭示其饥饿胁迫下的生理生化适应对策提供依据。对井上蛀果斑螟10日龄幼虫分别作饥饿胁迫处理24,36,48,60,72 h,对其干重、鲜重、含水量、脂质、蛋白质和糖类进行测定,以该日龄正常取食幼虫为对照。试验结果表明,井上蛀果斑螟在饥饿胁迫下,幼虫的鲜重、干重及脂质、蛋白质、糖原、总糖含量均显著低于正常饲喂组,而含水量和海藻糖含量显著高于正常饲喂组。随着饥饿时间延长,鲜重和干重均呈逐渐下降的趋势,幼虫鲜重从24 h的29.30 mg降低至72 h的25.27 mg,干重从24 h的16.73 mg降至72 h的8.33 mg;而含水量在48 h后显著升高,从36 h的42.40%升至72 h时的67.12%;脂质含量在11.23%~13.66 %之间,呈先降低后升高的变化趋势;蛋白质含量在32.22~36.90 μg/mg之间,在48 h时显著降升高后趋于平稳;糖原含量在2.56~3.76 μg/mg之间,在24~60 h期间无显著变化,在72 h时则显著降低;海藻糖和总糖含量分别在3.50~3.92 μg/mg和5.80~7.89 μg/mg之间,均在24 h 时最高,在36 h后显著降低且趋于平稳。井上蛀果斑螟幼虫对饥饿胁迫的应对与其体内水分、脂质、蛋白质和糖类的含量具有相关性,该虫通过调整自身生化物质的变化以适应饥饿胁迫。

      In this study, the characteristics of energy metabolism of Assara inouei, an important pest of pomegranate fruit, was investigated under starvation stress. The results showed that under starvation stress, the fresh body weight, dry body weight, and the contents of lipids, proteins, glycogen and total sugars of Assara inouei larvae were significantly lower than those of the normal feeding group, and the contents of water and trehalose were significantly higher than those of the normal feeding group. With the prolongation of starvation time, the fresh weight and dry weight of larvae gradually decreased, the water content increased significantly after 48 h, the lipid content decreased first and then increased, the protein content decreased significantly at 48 h and then stabilized, the glycogen content decreased significantly at 72 h, and the trehalose and total sugar contents were the highest at 24 h, and decreased significantly and became stable after 36 h. The response of the larvae to starvation stress was related to the contents of water, lipids, proteins and sugars in the body, and the larvae adapted to starvation stress by adjusting the changes of biochemical substances.
