| 广西是我国南方葡萄重要的新兴产区。从2003年开始，通过引进、吸收、完善和推广葡萄“一年两收栽”培技术，有效带动当地及周边省份葡萄产业的共同快速发展，但也给广西的葡萄产业带来了巨大的挑战，同时由于自身的发展中也存在许多问题，导致近年来广西葡萄的种植面积出现了逐年小幅度的下降。目前正值广西葡萄冲刺百亿水果产业的关键阶段，本文通过实地调查广西主要产区鲜食葡萄主产区和葡萄酒主要加工企业，收集科研和生产中相关的资料，参考近15年葡萄生产情况统计数据，并对这些资料和数据进行分析研究，明确我区葡萄与葡萄酒产业生产、加工、销售总体情况，剖析广西葡萄产业存在的主要问题，并结合实际提出相应的发展对策，助推广西葡萄与葡萄酒产业高质量发展。 |

| Guangxi is an important emerging grape production region in southern China. Since 2003, through the introduction, absorption, improvement, and promotion of two-crop-a-year grape cultivation technology. These has effectively promoted the common and rapid development of the grape industry in the local and surrounding provinces. . However, this progress has also brought great challenges to the grape industry in Guangxi. Moreover, the industry itself has faced various issues, resulting in a slight decline in the grape planting area in recent years. Currently, the grape industry in Guangxi is at a critical stage towards achieving a ten billion fruit target. In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the grape and wine production in Guangxi, this study involved field research in primary grape-growing areas and wine-making processing companies. In addition, scientific and productive information was collected, and statistical data from the past 15 years was analyzed to evaluate grape production. In this way, the overall situation of production, processing and sales of grape and wine industry in Guangxi can be clarified, the main problems existing in Guangxi grape industry can be analyzed. Based on these, the corresponding development countermeasures can be put forward in combination with the actual situation to promote the high-quality development of Guangxi grape and wine industry. |
