| 黑腹果蝇是一种世界检疫害虫,严重威胁我国蓝莓生产,目前尚无有效农药用于田间防控。本研究利用不同浓度乙基多杀菌素测试其对黑腹果蝇的室内急性毒性,开展田间果蝇防控,记录七天内防效及最适浓度的农残。并利用最适浓度的药剂开展对雌雄果蝇的蓝精灵试验。结果表明,24 h内60g/L乙基多杀菌素2000倍、2500倍和3000倍液对黑腹果蝇成虫致死率为100%,其中2000倍和2500倍液的药剂对果蝇成虫毒性接近,且雄虫较雌虫敏感。田间喷施60 g/L乙基多杀菌素2000倍液和2500倍液的防效接近,其中喷施2500倍液后前五天田间防效从41.67%提升至94.74%,农残值为0.06-0.07mg/kg;第七天后防效降至89.47%,农残值为0.04 mg/kg。同时,本试验以非可代谢性蓝色染料饲喂果蝇,发现雌雄果蝇均变蓝,首次证明了乙基多杀菌素对黑腹果蝇构成肠道损伤。 |

| Drosophila melanogaster is a worldwide quarantine pest that seriously threatens blueberry production in China, and there is no effective pesticide for field prevention and control. In this study, we tested the acute toxicity of spinetoram in different concentrations to Drosophila melanogaster. The different concentration of spinetoram suspension was used for the control of Drosophila melanogaster in the field, and the changes of efficacy and pesticide residues were recorded within 7 days. The most suitable concentration of spinetoram suspension was also used to carry out the Smurf test on male and female Drosophila melanogaster. The results indicated that a 100% mortality rate was achieved on adult D. melanogaster by 2000-, 2500-, and 3000-fold diluted suspensions of 60 g/L spinetoram within 24 h of their application, with the 2000- and 2500-fold dilutions showing similar toxicity toward the target, and male insects more sensitive to the drug than female insects. The efficacy of spraying 2000- and 2500-fold dilutions in the field was close to the same., the efficacy of the 2500-fold diluted 60 g/L spinetoram suspension against D. melanogaster increased from 41.67% on the first day to 94.74% on the fifth day. During the first five days, 0.06–0.07 mg/kg of drug residue was detected on blueberries. The efficacy decreased to 89.47% on the seventh day, and the residue value gradually decreased to 0.04 mg/kg at the same time. In addition, this test demonstrated that spinetoram suspension constitutes intestinal damage to Drosophila melanogaster by finding that both male and female fruit flies turned blue when fed a solution of non-metabolizable blue dye solution. |
