      宁夏贺兰山东麓强碱性土壤环境有效铁迁移性差常导致酿酒葡萄黄叶病发生,严重影响果实产量和品质。叶面喷施微肥被广泛用于矫治缺素症,但酿酒葡萄适宜的铁肥施用浓度尚不清楚。本研究以贺兰山东麓优势酿酒葡萄品种‘马瑟兰’为对象,通过田间试验在果实膨大期、转色期、果实成熟期叶面喷施螯合态铁(EDTA-Fe),探究酿酒葡萄生长发育、产量及品质对EDTA-Fe 的响应机理。主要结果如下: (1)叶面喷施适量EDTA-Fe可显著提升酿酒葡萄的叶绿素含量,增强光合作用强度,果实产量、花色苷、总酚、可溶固形物也显著提高;但过量施用抑制作用显著;(2)相关分析、主成分分析得出酿酒葡萄最佳的EDTA-Fe喷施浓度为7.25 kg/hm2。
英文摘要:
      Poor available iron migration in the strong alkaline soil in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia frequently leads to yellow leaf disease of wine grapes, which seriously affects fruit yield and quality. Foliar spraying of micro-fertilizer has been widely used to treat deficiency syndrome, but the appropriate concentration of iron fertilizer applied to wine grapes is still unclear in this area. In this study, the new wine grape variety ''Matheran'' in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain was selected as the object, and the response mechanism of wine grape growth, yield and quality to EDTA-Fe was investigated by spraying chelated iron (EDTA-Fe) on the leaf surface of fruit during fruit expansion stage, color transformation stage and fruit maturity stage through field experiments. The primary results are as follows: (1)The content of chlorophyll and the intensity of photosynthesis were enhanced significantly by spraying EDTA-Fe on the leaves, and the fruit yield, anthocyanins, total phenols and soluble solids were also significantly increased. But the inhibition effect of overapplication was significant. (2)Correlation analysis and principal component analysis showed that the optimal EDTA-Fe concentration was 7.25 kg/hm2.
