| 红香蕉(Musa Spp.Red?Dacca)是一种具有独特紫红色外观、浓郁风味和甜度适中的特色蕉类品种,消费市场竞争力较强,适度规模发展红香蕉种植意义重大。本研究以红香蕉花蕾生长发育为研究对象,分析各阶段果穗果指与苞片主要养分规律。结果表明:1)在果指中,从第1梳(头梳)至第9梳(尾梳),各营养元素含量顺序为K>N>P>Mg>Ca>Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu,而相应的花蕾苞片各营养元素含量顺序为K>N>Ca>Mg>P>Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu;果指中Ca、Mg、Mn元素含量变化与第1梳(头梳)至第9梳(尾梳)果指呈极显著负相关;花蕾苞片中K、Ca、Mn、Fe元素含量变化与第1梳至第9梳苞片呈极显著负相关,即干物质质量越低,其养分含量则越少。2)果指与花蕾苞片中Ca、Mg、Mn元素含量变化呈极显著正相关关系;与花蕾苞片中N元素含量变化呈显著正相关关系;与花蕾苞片中K元素含量变化呈显著负相关关系。研究结果初步阐明了红香蕉抽蕾期果穗果指及苞片器官主要养分的分布规律,为区域特色蕉品种鉴定、高值化利用和精准养分管理提供新的思路。 |

| Musa Spp.Red Dacca has a unique purple red appearance, rich flavor and quality of moderate sweetness.It has become a characteristic banana with strong market competitiveness. The development period of banana buds is influenced by various internal and external factors such as variety characteristics, environmental climate, etc. The quality of their fruit ears determines their commercial value. There are few reports on the nutrient accumulation and distribution characteristics of red bananas during the bud stage. In this study, the bud growth and development of red banana during the critical stage of bud extraction were studied, and the main nutrient rules of fruit fingers and bracts were analyzed at each stage.The results showed that :(1) In the fruit finger, from the first comb (hair comb) to the 9th comb (tail comb), the order of the content of each nutrient element is K>N>P>Mg>Ca>Mn>Fe>Zn> Cu, and the order of the nutrient element content of the first comb (head comb) to the ninth comb (tail comb) in the bracts is K>N>Ca>Mg>P>Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu. The changes in the content of Ca, Mg, and Mn in the fruit fingers are significantly negatively correlated with the first comb (head comb) to the 9th comb (tail comb); the content of K, Ca, Mn, and Fe in the bracts changes There was a very significant negative correlation with the bracts from the first comb to the ninth comb, and the lower the dry matter quality, the less nutrient content. The fruit finger has a very significant positive correlation with the changes in the content of calcium, magnesium, and manganese in the bracts; the changes in the nitrogen content have a significant positive correlation; the potassium content changes have a significant negative correlation; the phosphorus, zinc, iron, and copper content have no significant changes Correlation.The results preliminarily elucidated the distribution of nutrients in fruit fingers and bract organs of red banana during the budding period, and provided new ideas for quality identification, high-value utilization and precise planting of regional characteristic bananas. |
