| 【目的】以梨花粉为材料探究分散剂对花粉的分散效果,以期获得能够高效分散花粉的液体授粉分散剂。【方法】以在山东青岛某公司采购的“黄花”花粉为材料,通过测定花粉在不同分散剂中的润湿力、悬浮率和萌发率来筛选最优的高效分散花粉的分散剂。【结果】当分散剂中的十二烷基磺酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠的质量分数分别为0.01%, 0.01%时,“黄花”花粉的分散性与生活力可以得到最有效地保持。【结论】高效分散花粉的分散剂能够有效实现液体授粉的省力化配制,并可一定程度上解决因花粉溶解不充分而导致的梨树液体授粉效率低下的问题。 |

| [Objective] To explore the dispersing effect of dispersant on pear pollen in order to obtain a liquid pollination dispersant that can disperse pollen efficiently. [Methods] Taking the "yellow flower" pollen purchased from a company in Qingdao, Shandong Province as the material, the best dispersant with high efficiency was selected by measuring the wetting power, suspension rate and germination rate of pollen in different dispersants. [Results] When the mass fractions of sodium dodecyl sulfonate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in the dispersant are 0.01% and 0.01% respectively, the dispersity and viability of "yellow flower" pollen can be maintained most effectively. [Conclusion] The liquid pollination dispersant with efficient pollen dispersion can effectively realize the labor-saving preparation of liquid pollination, and can solve the problem of low efficiency of liquid pollination of pear trees caused by insufficient pollen dissolution to a certain extent |
