| 为了解锌胁迫下枳体内锌分布及其它矿质营养元素含量变化,以30天枳幼苗为试材,进行锌缺乏(0 μmol ? L-1)、对照(0.7 μmol ? L-1)和锌过量(70 μmol ? L-1)水培处理,70天后分析幼苗锌与其它矿质元素含量变化。结果表明,枳幼苗根、茎和叶中锌含量随处理浓度的升高而显著升高,植株中锌分布为根>茎>叶,缺锌胁迫下植株地上部分的含锌量比例增加。与对照相比,缺锌处理枳叶片K、Mn和Cu含量显著降低,Fe含量显著升高;根系中Mn和Cu分别显著上升和下降,而P、S、Ca和Mg以及茎中元素含量无显著差异。锌过量处理枳叶片P、Ca、Mg和Cu,茎中P、K及根系中Fe和Cu含量显著升高;叶片中K、Fe、Mn,茎中Ca、Fe及根系中K和Mn含量显著降低,S含量无显著差异。相关性分析显示,锌胁迫下Zn和Cu含量呈显著正相关;Zn和Fe含量在叶片和茎中表现明显拮抗效应,在根中则表现协同效应。 |

| This study was to understand Zn distribution and influence on contents of mineral elements in trifoliate orange seedlings under zinc stress. The seedling samples under Zn deficiency (0 μmol ? L-1), control (0.7 μmol ? L-1) or Zn excess (70 μmol ? L-1) for 70 days were collected and analyzed. The results showed that Zn contents in seedling root, stem or leaf, although it was in root > stem > leaf, increased with increasing medium Zn concentrations. Compared with the control, K, Mn and Cu contents in seedling leaves were significantly descending while Fe was higher, and Mn and Cu contents in roots were increasing and decreasing, respectively. P, S, Ca and Mg contents in root and all mineral element contents in stem showed no significant differences. Contents of P, Ca, Mg and Cu in leaf, P and K in stem, and Fe and Cu in root under Zn excess stress were obviously higher than control. Meanwhile, Zn excess resulted in a remarkable content reduction of K, Fe and Mn in leaf, Ca and Fe in stem, and K and Mn in root, but S had no noteworthy change. Correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlation between Zn and Cu contents in seedling. Also, Zn and Fe showed antagonistic effect in leaf and stem, but synergistic effect in root. |
