| 采用定位于梨遗传连锁图谱中具高度多态性的4对SSR引物(CH01h01、CH03d02、CH04a12、CH05d04)对二十世纪及其近缘集团进行分析与鉴定,发现任何一对单独的SSR引物都不能将21个梨品种鉴别开来,必须两个以上的标记同时作用才能将其全部区分开来。4对SSR引物可将21个供试梨材料按相似系数在0.84~0.95之间,划分为5个组。 |

| 4 pair of SSR markers (CH01h01、CH03d02、CH04a12、CH05d04) with high polymorphism and located in most pear maps were chosen to identify and classify the Nijisseiki and closely related varieties. Any pair of individual SSR primers was not able to distinguish 21 pear cultivars. It’s required that two or more than two markers had to meanwhile work. Similarity coefficient of 21 pear cultivars was from 0.84 to 0.95. Systematic tree could be divided in 5 groups. |
