| Hazelnuts are world-renowned nuts known for their crisp texture and delicate, refreshing aroma. They are rich in protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, bioactive compounds, and all eight essential amino acids required by the human body. Hazelnuts offer numerous health benefits, such as improving spleen and stomach function, replenishing qi and nourishing blood, as well as possessing anti-cancer, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties. They also contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.From hazelnut kernels and flowers to hazelnut meal, every part holds significant development potential and can be applied in various fields, including food, health products, and cosmetics. This makes hazelnut deep processing a highly promising agricultural industrialization direction.Currently, the deep processing of hazelnuts is undergoing a critical transformation phase—shifting from primary to advanced processing and from single to diversified product lines. With clear market demand and substantial room for added value expansion, the future prospects for this industry are highly optimistic. |
