      摘要:[目的]红美人柑橘因不良气候及花果管理不当等因素易造成生理落果严重,影响产量及品质。本研究旨在研究不同保果剂对红美人柑橘坐果、枝梢生长及果实内外品质等影响,为红美人柑橘优质果栽培提供科学依据。 [方法]本研究通过喷施不同保果剂(赤霉酸、芸苔素内酯、苄氨基嘌呤等)及其浓度组合,探究其对坐果、新梢生长及果实内外品质的影响。 [结果]结果表明,处理四(40% GA?20000×),第一、二次生理落果后坐果率均为最高,分别为51.57%、22.89%,相较于CK,分别提高171.42%和234.16%,且显著促进春梢生长,但波动较大;处理二(40% GA?10000×)次之,坐果稳定性高,第一、二次生理落果后坐果率分别为48.42%、22.70%,相较于CK,分别提高154.84%和231.39%;处理五(0.0075%芸苔素+含氨基酸水溶肥+含磷钾叶面肥处理),第二次生理落果后坐果率最低,坐果率为14.27%,相较于CK,坐果率提高108.32%,但可溶性固形物含量最高,达到13.40%,较CK提高12.40%,果实品质最佳,适于提升果实品质。建议生产中遵循“先保后疏”原则,结合目标选择适宜处理。

      Abstract: [Objective] Due to bad climate and improper management of flowers and fruits, Beni Madonna tangor is prone to serious physiological fruit drop, which affects the yield and quality. The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different fruit retention agents on fruit setting, shoot growth and internal and external quality of Beni Madonna tangor, so as to provide a scientific basis for the cultivation of high-quality fruits of Beni Madonna tangor. [Method] The effects of different fruit preserving agents (gibberellic acid, brassinolide, benzylaminopurine, etc.) and their concentration combinations on fruit setting, shoot growth and fruit internal and external quality were investigated. [Result] The results showed that treatment 4 (40% GA ? 20000 ×) had the highest fruit setting rate after the first and second physiological fruit drop, which were 51.57% and 22.89% respectively, and increased by 171.42% and 234.16% respectively compared with CK, and significantly promoted the growth of spring shoots, but fluctuated greatly; The results showed that the second treatment (40% GA ? 10000 ×) followed, and the fruit setting stability was high. The fruit setting rates after the first and second physiological fruit drop were 48.42% and 22.70%, respectively, which were increased by 154.84% and 231.39% compared with CK; Treatment five (0.0075% brassinolate+water-soluble fertilizer containing amino acids+foliar fertilizer containing phosphorus and potassium) had the lowest fruit setting rate after the second physiological drop, with a fruit setting rate of 14.27%. Compared with CK, the fruit setting rate increased by 108.32%, but the soluble solid content was the highest, reaching 13.40%, 12.40% higher than CK. The fruit quality was the best, which was suitable for improving fruit quality. It is suggested to follow the principle of "protection before drainage" in production and select appropriate treatment according to the target.
